Substance Use Disorder Professional- Evening Shift

Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUPDs) provide education, prevention, intervention, assessment, intake, individual, family and group treatment services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. This position’s hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 8pm (35 hour work week).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of treatment professionals.

· Comply with all Agency directives and policies.

· Adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct as outlined by NADAAC and RCW 18.19.

· Participate in the annual employee performance evaluation process

· Participate in supervision, case staffing, trainings and administrative meetings as requested.

· Provide assessment and intake of clients.

· Provide a range of therapeutic interventions and case management services to enrolled clients and their families in a professional and engaging manner.

· Complete all required paperwork and electronic clinical record keeping in accordance with legislated and professional standards and current WAC. This includes, but is not limited to, treatment plans, required treatment plan updates, group and individual notes, case management notes, assessment, intake, discharge plans and summaries, no-show follow-up process and valid releases of information in a timely manner.

· Provide back-up coverage for peers who are out of the office.

· Perform other duties as assigned pertinent to accomplishing program goals and objectives and the Agency Mission.

Essential Skills and Experience

· Current SUDP(T) or mental health credential- LMHC(A), LICSW(A)- in Washington State

· Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay Rate

$55,000- $62,000 annually, starting rate









Adolescent Substance Use Disorder Professional- Evening Shift

Clinician would provide outpatient substance use and co-occurring services for adolescents aged 13-17 to promote resiliency and strengthen families. Team uses strength-based approach to service delivery, collaborating with families, school, and community partners to promote sustainable recovery and healthy development. This position’s hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 8pm (35-hour work week).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team of treatment professionals.

· Comply with all Agency directives and policies.

· Provide a range of therapeutic interventions and case management services to enrolled clients and their families in a professional and collaborative manner.

· Ensure all clinical documentation keeping in accordance with legislated and professional standards and current WAC. This includes, but is not limited to, treatment plans, required treatment plan updates, group and individual notes, case management notes, assessment, intake, discharge plans and summaries, no-show follow-up process and valid releases of information in a timely manner.

· Provide back-up coverage for peers who are out of the office.
